Through a system approach, Jasser Auda offers a concept for the development of Islamic law in the current era. Second, the values implemented by the traders from Java, Chinese and Arab traders had a specific typicality to adapt and build the relation with their customers in which the Arabic ethnicity was more dominant than Chinese and Javanese traders in all indicators. It also could facilitate the traders to adapt with the customers and build a good relation with their customers by providing the qualified commercial goods and not selling the goods below the market price as it can reduce the market price. This also could emerge a bad relation among traders either with the same or different ethnicity, not doing the stockpiling, not doing fraud in weighing and fair in determining price. Third, in social relation practice among the traders of Javanese, Chinese and Arab in Pekalongan City, there was a base of altogether interest in terms of trading. With the enthusiasm of the community to run a sharia system, it encourages banks to disburse financing to develop a halal industri. Global economic conditions have indicated and caught a signal that the Islamic economy began to develop. Halal industries should be developed in all sektors, but this sharia market share is not yet wide. The halal industri should be able to encourage the share of the Islamic banking market to develop broader Sharia-compliant goods and services. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method and literature review. This paper uses qualitative methods with literature study. Data analysis of this study uses data sourced from literature, whether in the form of books, magazines, journals, newspapers or other sources related to literature. The results of the analysis show that in the love management process of the homeland education, the principal has the most dominant task of managing management involving planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and supervising. A leader must be able to meet the needs of his people, the main needs such as food, clothing, housing, health, education, security, welfare, etc., through a policy made by a head of state. The Islamic state government no longer needs to make (new) types of expenditures and renewals every year, because the chapters and their explanations have been determined directly by Allah, and also do not need to seek public approval (through their representatives in the DPR) on the matter. This will be very different from a democratic (non-Islamic) country such as Indonesia, which determines the types of revenues and expenditures through people's decisions (DPR), and is done through voting. From the results of the literature study, it was concluded that the equation of the allocation of state expenditure, namely: (1) Infrastructure Development and Connectivity, (2) Provision of Health and Social Welfare Services, (3) War and Security Fleet Development, and (4) Education Movement. Data was collected by in-depth interviews, participatory observation</em><em>s</em><em>, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model which was presented by Miles and Hubermen. The results showed that the teacher</em><em>s</em><em> of MIS Pandanarum Tirto Pekalongan, did not have sufficient understanding of the 2013 curriculum. This was seen in the teacher</em><em>s</em><em>'s lack of understanding of the 2013 curriculum definition, the principles of developing the 2013 curriculum, and also the aspects that became the basis of the 2013 curriculum. However, they knew that there was difference between the 2013 curriculum and the previous curriculum. The difference was in the time allocation that increased, and the thematic learning approach that they use</em><em>d</em><em>. Meanwhile, in the readiness of the implementation the of 2013 curriculum show</em><em>e</em><em>d that there was no mature readiness from teachers in dealing with and implementing the 2013 curriculum that </em><em>was</em><em> refined and re-applied by the Government in the 2017/2018 school year.
